Description: This late middle aged man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Mindartis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail, and his gloved hand is found clutching a warhammer. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Uthemar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Himo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a Seamstress, his mother struggled to pay the bills. After coming to the age of reason, Aerdeth took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
