History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Laucian was a troubled youth.
