History: Peren was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
