Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Efferil does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Marshal who has hired him part-time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Weaver profession.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Weaver again.
