Description: This slender man stands about 4'9". He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.

Personality: Efferil speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
