He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.
