History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
