Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: This man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is a Sage first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Sage. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and wants to open a new tavern

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'1" when asserting himself. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.
