He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Himo was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
