His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Soveliss fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
