History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Nutae was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ploughman. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
