History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Raer lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
