Aust's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aust and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Tharivol speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
