History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. After coming to the age of reason, Halimath took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
