History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: This man wears dull green sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a great chef.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of illithids
