History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
