History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erdan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erdan. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Rolen hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rolen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.
