History: Born to a Herbalist, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gennal grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. During his travels, Gennal and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gennal discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gennal fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolen never married again.
