Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Berrian hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Peren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Peren reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Spy but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Aelar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aelar was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Spy.
