Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears long strands of emerald and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
