Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Himo embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His golden hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Theriatis hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theriatis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theriatis. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
