Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Quarion lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is typically in his Baker uniform. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.

Personality: Beiro is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greataxe use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beiro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Laucian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's in love; and he would like to get married and retire
