History: Vanuath was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Vanuath and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dreali was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Dreali has worked very hard to control his curse. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rael was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The war was a terrible time for him, and Laucian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.
