History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Uthemar was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bounty Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
