History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lucan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Being a Server kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
