History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second daughter.
