Personality: He is fixated on the number 74. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Carrie is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he is greedy
