Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop hair cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His red hair is knotted and matted. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He became a Locksmith soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Naal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Naal decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
