History: Hadarai hails from a village terrorized by giants. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Himo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
