Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Caeldrim embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. A true patriot, Caeldrim would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Caeldrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When Caeldrim reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
