History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Peren is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.
