Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Peren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and to be a performer again

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
