Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Himo hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Gennal and his spouse have recently divorced.
