Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
