Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing, marred by beers. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Koeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
