Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is silver and very short. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naill grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naill. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. A true patriot, Rolen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a green scarf. His hair is chestnut and very short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Korfel's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Korfel was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and revenge

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He tends to his Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is greedy; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: 5'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is dressed in a clean red cloak covering his clean studded leather. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: Dayereth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
