Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
