Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Heian was a troubled youth.
