Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Laucian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Laucian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arannis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
