History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Traki was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Arannis studied abroad. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Arannis has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Lamlis was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Servant. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in a small forest village. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family
