Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He takes great joy in being the best Barber in town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

History: Paelias was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: An older man who likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Koeth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Koeth decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
