History: He was raised in a island tribe. Beiro was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Beiro decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a brown vest and prefers grey and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has decided he is irredeemable
