Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Heian took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
