Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a worn and beaten armor. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Varis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Erdan hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
