History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Azaki's homeland. Azaki decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Mindartis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
