Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A true patriot, Paelias would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
