Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aelar will drive conversation. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Tanner business.

History: Aelar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
