Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Berrian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Berrian was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
