Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raer was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has taken up work as a Fletcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
