Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Laucian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a Sailor soon after.
